Payment Policies for Custom Orders

All custom orders require a minimum of 50% deposit in order to begin work after an estimate has been provided by me (Sarah). Once the item(s) has(have) been completed, payment in full of balance owed is due within 30 days of being notified by me (Sarah) that the order is complete. Order will be shipped upon final payment or settlement of balance due.

If custom order balances are not paid within 30 days, the jewelry piece(s) will be returned to my sell-able inventory, and the client's paid deposit amount will be retained as a credit toward a future purchase. At that time, the client may re-select their original piece if it is still available, or select a new piece if the originally commissioned piece has already sold.

No Refunds on Any Jewelry Purchase

This applies to every purchase and every person, whether the piece(s) was selected from sell-able inventory or was commissioned as a custom order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to me right away, so that I may assess the situation and determine the best route to make you happy again. This usually comes about in the way of an exchange, re-size, or some type of adjustment to correct the issue at hand. I will always do anything reasonably within my abilities to ensure that you are happy with your jewelry purchase. Please also note that buyers may be required to pay and report use tax on purchases in their state.

Repair Policy

Sometimes jewelry pieces need a little TLC or repairs performed. Please contact me before sending any items that require attention, as the issue at hand needs to be assessed first so that I can prepare a proper estimate for you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, stone tightening, polishing, broken solder joints, misshapen ring bands, and even more. Cost and shipping details will be determined between Sarah and the client on a case by case basis. Please reach out with any questions.

I Am ONE Person

Please remember that I am a one-gal operation; making the jewelry, photographing the jewelry, determining pricing and book-keeping, advertising, shipping, traveling to participate in shows, and more. Your patience and understanding of this is highly appreciated.

THANK YOU!!!

Above all, THANK YOU for your interest, support, and patronage. It literally means my world to me.
